Anyone with bow-legs improvement?



I’m a 22 year old female with mild bow-legs. Mukunda Stiles’ book on Structural Yoga Therapy tells us that bow legs as well as other misalignments can be improved/corrected with yoga. I’m really happy to know this and have just begun on yoga. I would like to hear accounts of anyone who has experienced improvement in their bow legs with Yoga, or if you know of anyone who’s had improvements in this area. Please everyone, do share. It will be a great source of encouragement and motivation. Thank you so much.

I have treated students with bow and knocked knees both.

As per my experience all yoga postures are useful but separate traction is required using block and strap.
