I mean it will be obvious to YOU when it happens, and then you’ll use it often: it becomes a part of everything else. I can only coach by cuing or putting it in sequence with other exercises: pranayama, retention, in combination with jaladhara, some asanas such as half spinal twist, and yes, chaturanga, headstand, handstand, tadasana, fish, sitting forward bend, etc., you name it.
