I cannot believe what I just watched!
I have taken numerous power flow classes from numerous teachers and never have they been like that… While the ones I attend are fast paced, it’s not to the extent of what I witnessed in this video. In the classes I attend we hold the poses for a lot longer.
Her teaching style may resonate with some, but not with me.
