Focussing on tip of nose while meditating


You would be better off, and have more success, looking in the other direction, and roll your eyes up slightly. Direct you attention to the centre of your brow. don’t try to ‘look’ there with your physical eyes, just move your attention there and your eyes will naturally roll up slightly naturally.

You will also feel a pressure/thrumming/pulsing in the centre of your forehead and if you keep it up have profound dreams which in time will become, for want of a better word, visions.
