Headstands are great

What I’ve noticed with headstands is I’ll be at work (I’m a nurse) and I find myself more aware of my surroundings and better able to answer questions coming from diverse places. I feel it not only helps with intelligence but with awareness in general.

I try to do mini headstands three times daily rather than for long periods of time. The more frequently the better for me.

I was speaking to a friend who used to be a nurse. They thought it could help some people with diabetes. Apparently the blood in someones body when they have severe diabetes pools at the feet and doesn’t filter properly. This apparently in turn can help gangrene form??
Headstands/shoulderstands could have a useful effect with this if what I’ve been told is correct.
