It sounds to me like you are a Vata dosha and ayurvedically speaking, you may be eating healthfully but it may be food that is not right for vata. you should eliminate dry foods like dry fruit, and eat your vegetables cooked, not dry raw or frozen. Vata needs lots of dairy and generally more oily foods so if you dont eat nuts, those are a good way to take in more oil without the bad fats. Pretty much every type of nut is allowed for Vata. I dont know if this helps you much but ive found that eating Ayurvedically can really help. Blessings upon your path
