No worries.

It is fairly common in mainstream fitness (thought) to consume protein with 45 minutes of a strenuous workout. What sort of protein is another discussion. But if you find whey helpful and you are eyes-open accepting of the possible ramifications, then I too am good with you having it:-)

I always have a shake as soon as I wake up, find it works best for me, do alternate days tabata kettle bell work then a range of pull ups and chin ups then 20 mins of plank push ups , and other days I do yoga that’s if you can call it that, tho then mountain bike 7 miles to work , where I shift very heavy bags around all day in a clothes stockroom that I run, then home to play with my bundle of joy my 3 year old boy Louis . I do need to do more yoga tho i just love where it takes me.
