I have studied Kundalini and its principles. It seems useless to me. The people I have met that have claimed a risen kundalini, seemed nothing special. And there is no man any closer to god than any of the rest of us. I would say there is nothing there but metaphors, and really bad ones. Physical practice is better than any fake rising snake.

Dear One,

You need to practice. Please visit our meditation classes. Practice for one month and after again we can discuss about Kundalini.

 • Maruchi
Dear One,

Feel free to share your first impressions from your visit there.

Dear Seeker,

I always practice. Study physics and you will understand what I am talking about. No man has super powers, something many kings have had to learn. I wish you well.

I am sharing my experience. Get your Kundalini awakened and than we can chat more?

Please do share. Just remember there is always going to be someone out there to challenge your superstition. My mantra is “question everything”. I also know that when I am “true to myself”, it causes some to dislike me. But I dont care, I have 2 daughters to guide. And they deserve, as does everyone of us who “seek”, to find truth. My truth is based on fact. And without fact, the manipulation of the sheeple can begin.

I mean no disrespect, but I dont admit to be nice either. I grew up in a cult. So I also have things to share also.

I’m interested in that phenomena too. What was your process? Was this something that just happened suddenly for you? What does it feel like for you?
Dear Seeker,

This is wonderful news. Congratulations.

There are many of us interested in understanding this phenomena. Would you be able to share additional insight in terms of process or mechanics involved? How did it come about? How as it evolved over 20 years.

om,
Please do share. Just remember there is always going to be someone out there to challenge your superstition. My mantra is “question everything”…
The problem is that people don’t want to practice and to see if something is working. They prefer only to chat.
I’m interested in that phenomena too. What was your process? Was this something that just happened suddenly for you? What does it feel like for you?
It is a simple method of meditation, morning and evening. Kundaliniis very intelligent energy and SHE knows how to resolve our problems in the chakras.

The sudden thing that happen is that I started to feel the Cool breeze at my hands and at the top of the head.

After sometime I realize that the alcohol is not so tasty. You feel always full with energy and all problems disappear from your body.

Seeker33,

would it be safe for someone who does not have proper posture and who has not cleansed the chakras to attempt to awaken the Kundalini power?

With Sahaja yoga, YES.

I had a kundalini awakening experience shortly after my first Reiki attunement, but I didn’t know that is what it was until afterward and I researched it. I had never even heard of kundalini prior to the experience. My Reiki teacher had no idea what was happening to me. I was on my own. The result of my experience has been favorable, but the experience itself was terrifying. Emotionally I was all over the map. I felt like I was going crazy. I experience induced chi flow, couldn’t sleep for weeks, had difficulty staying on earth, if you know what I mean.

But within a couple months, I had a major healing as a result of the awakening, and well, nothing about me has been the same since.

I often hear people speaking of wanting to awaken their kundalini as if it is a wonderful, gentle experience. Kundalini is not “friendly.” It may have fantastic effects, but it is indifferent to your blockages and will persist until it either breaks through them or takes your sanity trying. It is “fire energy”. Once a fire starts, you can’t contain it.

I suggest one ventures into it with a teacher or guide who knows what they are doing. If you have a blockage, that energy will pool in that chakra forcing whatever issues are in it to the surface very rapidly. If you are not equipped with healthy coping mechanisms and someone who can guide you through it, it can have some very negative and lasting effects.

Goddess Tapping,

Thank you for the post. As i dont even have good posture, i probably wont mess with kundalini until i am completely ready. Could you maybe describe a little what life is like living with the kundalini energy?

Yes, you should definitely wait until you are ready. Being ready is different for everyone, but it is a good idea to have your chakras evaluated to make sure you are free of blockages.

Earlier today, I wrote a rather lengthy post about what I do and how I came to do it. The thread is about a health issue I’m having, but you can get a very good idea about my ongoing transformation. The Reiki attunement and kundalini awakening that followed shortly after were the starting point. I tried to include the link, but I don’t have enough posts yet to do that. The thread is in the Q & A. It’s titled “New to Practice. Having major girlie problem. Could Use Advice…” or something like that.

Kundalini is not “friendly.”
Dear One, definitely your experience has nothing to do with awakening of Kundalini.

I can identify your experience as overheating of Sympathetic Nervous System / Ida and Pingala Nadi/. Kundalini loves you and never harm you.

Question: Is Kundalini a very, very intensive energy?

Its good to know that you have experience of Kundali awakening pls tell me how super soul ( GOD) is looking I am thankful to God that your are only the person in this who know the secrects of life & death and many more

The God is beyond description, qualities and appearance.
The God is beyond description, qualities and appearance.
as per the Gita ,Bible & kuran if any human being see this almighty God he / she become glimpse of God such as Jesus , Gurunanak , Buddha , Mahavir , Maha avatar Babaji I want to meet with you if really this world should know you & your are great soul , really can you tell who am I

How does one differentiate between a kundalini awakening and overheating of the sympathetic nervous system?

To clarify, when I said that Kundalini is not “friendly” energy, I did not mean that it is unfriendly. I only meant that it is not attached to your well-being. For people who are relatively mentally healthy, kundalini rising can be a wonderful thing. But if one is not well-prepared for it, or does not have a guide it can be a difficult process.
