IN the darkness between the brows I look for a tiny little light, its a white/yellow light…when I see it I try and hold on to it…It comes and goes…I lose it but keep looking and looking…when it gets bigger this is the third eye beginning to open. I find that then I am traveling, very fast somewhere undetermined. (you can intervene at this point and determine where you go, I dont) i tend to do this mostly laying on my back, relaxed, eyes closed drawn inwards just a touch, dont think of anything but just look for the light, in the darkness.
Another format you can see is a blue violet light, look past it and into it…this is difficult to explain, you will see a hole appear in the blue/violet light. If your steady in focus at the hole, the hole gets bigger You will then see a scene of some sort, might be real people in real time…all sorts!
Another format is the highest attainment for the Ajna Chakra, the path to the Inner Guru inside you. It helps to have a very tired body so focus isnt distracted by your body. You see red streaks intermingling with the blackness. There is a definite steady pace as you move ahead, watching the red intertwining with blackness. The journey ends with the sight of the seated Guru who is sitting in Lotus position, a real man in sight! He is in a meditative pose, eyes shut index finger to thumbs etc.
Whatever you think will happen so keep it simple like who is that, what does he look like more closely, as you think this your sight moves closer to him. In Buddhism this format is called the red Heart where the inner Guru waits for you to wake him up. When you do, he enters your Brow and sits their at the entrance, a tiny real life Buddha! He comes in and out…the goal is to make him life size…a high attainment…all sorts happen in a positive way…fail him in your thinking, and he goes back to his original state.
I should point out that when you are in this state with the inner guru at your brow, the third eye is permanently open. You will have very powerful abilities but your mind must stay ‘clear and bright’, as the Buddhists say.
The ajna chakra is best worked at with the heart chakra.
I read above somewhere that someone has put that you needn’t worry about Ajna chakra.
I have to disagree with this. Wrong use can be damaging and cause Brain tumours and abscesses, eye, sinus, glands under the jaw line, and headache problems, the ajna chakra must be balanced to avoid this. Some people use pure crystals resting on the brow. (I dont do this) I keep my mind as focussed and clear as poss. I dont practice ajna if I am angry, upset, or for whatever reason, lacking in high focus.
Additionally, if the third eye is permanently open you can bring thru beings of the wrong sort into the room you are in, you will see them, Big issue when it happens but thats another thing.
The above info is taken from long experience with this chakra, rather than anything I have read. Although I have read things to back this up
All is factual in experience Right thinking everyday is necessary if you are working with AJNA Chakra and of course any of the upper Chakras, in particular.
Hope this is useful…Interesting is that I never have had any physical experiences that go with the ajna like air, pressure, wind, irritations etc. But I have wth the heart Chakra
