I get the similar results as from the OM or AUM mantra, same as after spinal breathing and chkra breathing (a mantra or sound for each chakra).

Yes all these sounds and practice have great result on one’s perceprtion.

It is actually HONG isn’t it? Yes, while doing HONG in Kriya tradition, I feel myself more vibrant, for with the G, my tongue touches my teeth and makes my practice more decisive than OM. As if a huge tubular bell chimes inside of me. With HONG, the mantra becomes more decisive!
