You say you want to gather some info so you can help your self but as you are ignorant you wont be able to help your self

and you ask how you could have contacted spirits, then suggest it is done by skype?
This shows us you are not serious you are a joking matter. IF you really had problem you wouldnt make jokes about such things.

IF you joke about such thing most probably some things will happen to you sooner or later.

Now i know, the person controlling you is remotely using skype. So stop using skype, problem solved.

Thank you for the Kaballah reference I havent’ looked at those teachings in a while.

I am student of Yoga and modern psychology, Masters degrees in both the disciples, and I believe that

  1. It is only your feeling that you are seen by someone 24x7. It seems to me that you do not see someone with your physical eyes (the person seeing you 24x7).
  2. Regarding the second experience i.e. person laughing at solar plexus on doing a funny thing… is just your feeling. I believe you do not see a person, with your physical eyes, laughing at you. It is just a feeling again.
    Analyzing above two experiences, it seems to me (keeping in mind and assuming that, if it is the case, you are not seeing, with your physical eyes, the person(s) seeing you at 24x7 and laughing at solar plexus) that:
  3. You are neither a case of psychotic illness involving hallucinations nor that somebody is contacting you or transmigration/trespassing your consciousness. It is rather your OTHER-SELF seeing and laughing at you. I do not consider it that you are being contacted by some guru. It may be, in another words, your inner guru. However, if the feelings are constantly coming to your consciousness to the degree that you get distracted, it is matter of concern needed to handled.
  4. It is sure that either some event in your environment or personal life or personal practice out of inadequate guidance has triggered the event.
  5. You need to work on Self Esteem or Real Self, not on the Ideal/conditioned Self.
  6. Hiccup being followed by the experiences is indicative that you were not able to digest and assimilate some of events/experiences you have gone through in last two weeks/two months/one year.

This is a very limited view of postings. Surely this world is guided by more liberal ideas and the analysis here covers but a portion of the possibilities.

Often several resons occur simultaneously and work sychronitously which allows the seeker to understand he conections from many different perspectives.
