We did staff pose in yoga class today, and I never realized how much of an active pose this is supposed to be. When fully engaged, it can actually be really challenging, for me at least. One thing I noticed is that I cannot extend my arms straight down with my hands next to hips. I have really long arms and a short torso, so I have to bend my elbow a lot. It’s not a slight bend, it’s Almost to the point where my elbows are on the floor next to my hips. What should I do with my arms/hands in this pose?
