And there are no kundalini teachers at place where i live. So im doing everything on my own. Im working om my chakras using some mantras from nada yoga. Working with minerals…etc. Who knows maybe intuition guides me.
My Tantra guru told me that to switch from IDA to PINGALA or PINGALA to IDA you need to lie down on the ground, head supported with your elbow on the opposite side to the one you want to switch to for about 10 min. Then the switch takes place, and you will be able to tell by which nostril you are breathing through predominantly.

Im looking for way ti rise PINGALA consciously same as i do with IDA. So kinda make myself burn like Phoenyx:-)
Your post makes me belief that you are after only ida/pingla , even a baby?s emotions lingers to that. It seems you are scared to be in The Sushmana? .

Nah i was thinking of rising PINGALA the same way i do with IDA.
When i rise IDA i do not think of it at all. it just happens if i want it to happen. It gets cold gets stronger.
By PINGALA nothing happens. I dont feel my body burning, getting warm, nothing. But there must be some way to meke it happen . to make it rise just by thinking of it like i do by PINGALA. Or doing some way of exercise
Maybe i should close my left nostril for longer time and see what happens. Maybe ill start feeling some warmth … because i feel that my right nostril is always closed, so IDA is constantly active and thats a big problem right ?
ida and pingala cycle energy, they technically don’t raise it.
the natural flow of energy of pingala is up, ida is down, cycling. you can, however, reverse their flow or force them both to raise energy slightly, then force it into the central channel via the chin lock or other methods, which are too numerous to list here.
anyway, it’s going to require work. you seem to be asking for the easy path: it doesn’t exist. maybe travel back in time to year 13 and ask that guy.

The strange thing is that nobody ever mentioned the IDA symptoms… only thing i as able to find was - cold- and thats all. If you search for PINGALA you get, burning, blockage, explode, fire, heat… LOL why so ?

those are hermetic axioms but they’re not entirely ubiquitous. in other words, different strokes for different folks especially at different levels of personal energetic development, and other stuff.
google: “the human body as clairvoyant witnessed” and you’ll find more than you asked for. if you’re into that sort of thing. i’m not.

What i don’t understand.
Few times i was rising that cold energy and i burned my right lung.
Once such thing happened i stopped, lung recovered. (thanks god)
Can someone explain me? How is such a thing possible?
This is what I would do . . .
Tuck that experience away, put it in the back pocket, and continue on with an integrated sadhana.
Your primary objective should be to come to a sight, and realization of what you are. Know the mind. How it works. Know the self (not God, but you). Learn about your body, gross, and subtle.
But the essential thing though is to know the self, or jiva. You should have intellectual understanding, and an actual sight of (it).
Some working knowledge of Karmic Law, in particular sewing and reaping is also VERY important.

Its so and so going to happen,
You have to discover for yourself rather than reading. Here is a tip - imagine there is a large bear in the room and you must dominate him - stare him down. Try to avoid anger and focus rather on assertiveness.

So can you tell me how your going to do it? Whats the plan?
