No. What you should be saying is that our perception of the truth changes, when we realise our previous perception was false. The truth itself never changes.
Existence simply is and we are the ones relating to it. Our views will change, our beliefs will change, our theories will change, but existence will forever remain as it is. The perfect, eternal stillness.
