I eat fish at least 4 times week. Usually in sushi but I bake some salmon once a week or so as well.
Old thread, hm? I’m eating fish right now as I’m making the transition from meat eater to vegetarian. It’s a long process for me…
I’ve had problems eating Chia straight or grounded seed but I got some white chia capsules and now those seem to be working well and I believe they have Omega 3s.
It has to be along with tart cherry (good for the joints imho) my favorite supplements.
I’ve largely given up meat but still may eat fish and sushi can be good though expensive, lemon juice on fish seems to help. I totally respect the total vegetarian/vegan outlook.
