I’ve seen regular & permanently ongoing classes advertised in my area for ‘Pre-Natal’ &’ Post-Natal’ Yoga.They would appear to be really popular.In fact, in one of the busiest studios in my area it’s the one class that’s always fully booked,especially the ‘Post-Natal’.
