1 hour nap break? or two 30min meditation break?

Hi, I work in a hospital so i have 12 hour shifts. I usually spend my 1 hour break taking a nap in my car. But should I take two 30min breaks and learn meditations instead? Probably practice meditation for 20mins then work on my Mula bhanda for the other 10mins?

Try it and see what effects it has…keep a journal and give it sometime.
