I am sooo excited to be attending a 200H yoga teacher training in Baja Mexico starting this June 29, and want to get the word out so more people join in! The teacher, Caroline Kelley is based in San Francisco and is super knowledgable about anatomy, alignment, and yogic philosophy. She's incredible. The retreat is at an eco-resort on the beach in Baja. It is going to be magical. :heart_eyes:
