3 Facial exercise for eyes

Face yoga will improve your eyesight. But definitely, it will take time. Daily you wash your eyes with plain water both in the morning and evening. Perform the following eyes exercise after washing your eyes. Without moving your neck perform these 4 steps initially start five times each and finally increase up to 10 times:

1. VERTICAL MOVEMENT: Look upwards, back to normal, and then look downwards and back to normal. repeat.

2. HORIZONTAL MOVEMENT: Look towards the right, back to normal, and then look towards left and back to normal. repeat.

3. CLOCKWISE MOVEMENT: Move your eyes in a clockwise direction in a big circle and repeat.

4. ANTI-CLOCKWISE MOVEMENT: Move your eyes in an anti-clockwise direction in a big circle and repeat.
