You can be a yoga novice but you must be willing to try the moves and follow along with others.
Beautiful wide open roof space! Fresh fruit smoothies will be served- FREE! You will get paid $45 for your time! Payment will be made on the day!
You must bring/wear an athletic outfit that you can do yoga in.
(Sweat pants, yoga pants, running or biking shorts, t- shirts, tank tops)
