OK. I’ve been reading about these exercises and just started doing them. Oddly I find my focus and attitude better. They are supposed to keep all the chakras moving together. And keep you young.
Anybody else heard of these?

Where can we find out about them? They sound interesting.
There is awebsite. You can google the 5 Tibetan Rites and there’s lots of info about them and several websites.
Thank you;)
Basically, the Tibetan five rites is a fountain of youth. They promote endless anti-aging. They promote endless stress-reduction. They are composed of repetitious movements (repeated 21 times actually) …the results are better than any drug on earth though…
We teach them periodically at the studio.
They are quite unique in terms of their doing and, as I understand them (from my practice, my study, and my teaching) the sequence activates the chakra system. It is a very active sequence and for some has some strong effects.
In my personal practice I do a Vinyasa Flow about 4 times a week. I sweat profusely in that hour and 15 minutes. Quite refreshing.
Doing these Tibetan Rites for about 15 minutes in the morning I find myself heated up and sweating like crazy. Plus my focus seems heightened. So for me, something is happening.
But it feels different from my Flow.
It has only been a few weeks since I started these so I am looking forward to how I feel in a few months.
