I really appreciate you creating such an amazing video to help us get through this lockdown. Your depiction of life is inspiring. It's true that we must focus on the present rather than worrying about the future or scolding our past. If we relish our present, be it quarantine or not, life will start blossoming. That said, I think we should try to be conscious to fix what we have been messing up.
I always wanted to become a yoga teacher but never tried to grab an opportunity of joining a good yoga institute. As soon as this quarantine ends, I will surely get down to it. If you guys have any recommendations, please share! I want to do it in the traditional Indian way.
