I've been teaching yoga for many years, and I've come to realize that there's a big difference between a technically perfect position and a position that really radiates outward in a beautiful way.
I would therefore like to ask here in the forum, which aspects of beauty you have discovered in your yoga practice. In the thread about the toning effect of yoga asana, Orion writes that in his experience, one often has to change the kind of practice in order to get a good result.
In my online exhibition Light Body Shapes I present yoga photos from the Sivananda Yoga Center, B K S Iyengar and Heinz Grill. The yoga pathways that underlie these forms of expression, seem to enable to continuously develop and shape ones body.
What are your experiences? Did you become more beautiful through yoga?
