What mats have you found to be the best? I got a new one for Christmas and it’s dangerously slippery. My old one lasted forever but was very thin. Also are their any longer mats? I’m only 5’6 in height but when I stretch really far I don’t want to be touching a cold floor.

Washing the mat and using some vinegar in the rinse may help to stop slipyness.
I like Jade natural rubber mat…but not cheap…come is a variety of thicknesses.
Yes some companies make longer mats…do a google search to find one.
or move some place warm where the floors are not so cold…

I have the manduka prolite and I absolutely LOVE it!! Mine was a little slippery for the first month untill I “broke it in.” After washing it a couple of times and using it a lot it’s become the perfect mat for me. It’s now sticky but not to sticky and the perfect length. I got mine on amazon.com for a much better price then the manduka website. I definitely recommend the prolite!
