Daily life at work affords little time for Sadhana and often requires ones full concentration pulling one ever outwards.
There is an exercise to share that practically anyone can do even with just a few moments privacy perhaps during a restroom break or even in ones office one can always make the excuse if asked that they are performing an exercise in order to stretch the neck and relieve tension.
The purpose is to not only stretch and relax those neck muscles but to recenter ones awareness and sooth the nerves.
