Anyways, I need an advise on asanas in the morning. My morning practise consists of 5 of each sun salutations, followed by some seated forward bends, bridges, pranayam, shavasana and meditation. I know this is rather basic, but I am happy with it because it is something I can do every morning. I tend to attend classes between 3-6 times a week.
I feel I need a spine twisting asana as well. Any recomendation? I tried marichyasana, but that one never really works with me and Parivritta Parshvakonasana feels wierd without the other standing asanas.
Any recomendations?
