Adductors Hurt

I have been in teacher training for the last couple of months (weekends) and now my adductors are very sore - I believe from doing standing wide leg poses like Virhabradasana 1 and 2…
I don’t want to stop doing yoga as I am in the middle of intense training - does anyone have any advice… or has anyone else gone through this?

Yoga is something that is to be done as per limitation and with moderation. If such injuries (there are other threads, people reported injuries after intense practice).

This is something obvious and likely to happen, keeping the scenario in mind. Take some rest and it should be okay in few days…
