Hi everyone. I am French so excused my English :). I was always attracted by yoga but I had never practiced, One month ago I found a yoga instructor on instagram (yogaburnlove) I took his training video and I started yoga. After a month of practice I wanted to share my results with you. What I like about yoga is the inner peace and the joy that I feel after each session. My flexibility has also increased (a little bit) I am no longer constrained by my days and my relations with my friends and my family have improved a lot. I want to know your experience with yoga and how you feel after years of practice? Will I feel that same sensation all my life?
