Hi everyone,
Been hosting my own Hatha Style Yoga classes now for 6 weeks and have really been enjoying the experience so far. Had so much positive feedback and really its exceeded my expectations with regards to how successful my classes have been.
Tonight I reached 21 students which at first I was hesitant due to space in the hall and as other teachers may also know and come to expect you will always get cancellations, however, tonight not one cancellation and I also didn’t get any no-shows.
Really was an amazing class and I look forward to hosting more.
Each class is every Friday at The Centre, St Johns Street, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1SN. Please if you would like to come along then do get in touch and reserve your place. All levels of Yogi are certainly welcome. I do also have a few spare mats so if you are new at Yoga and rather then spend money on a mat in case it isn’t for you then please let me know and I can reserve you a mat.
