Soooo happy I found this forum, love yoga.
Live in the Riverina region of New South Wales - Australia.
We do not have a yoga teacher here but I attend a class at our local gym called Body Balance which contains Tai Chi, yoga & Pilates.
I plan in 2008 to buy myself a yoga video need advice on this as the last one I purchased was a beginners yoga DVD which did not have a flow pattern at all, I do have a yoga book by Jessie Chapman of Bryon Bay which I find very helpful.
I’ve just retired from the workforce so onto a new phrase of my life keen to follow my interest/directions, love all new age principles, keen on all aspects of spiritual/mystical, collect gems/crystals, cannot live without esssential oils/incense.
I run a local community garden which provides me with fresh veggies/herb sway to herbal procedures.
Look forward to being part of this interesting forum :p:p

Namaste
from a fellow Aussie
i posted a query recently regarding DVD’s and got quite a few good suggestions, perhaps you could have a look for the thread?
the AM/PM DVD that was suggested sounded good but i found the instructions unhelpful as it didn’t name the poses, just how to place which body part where, which i found difficult to do without knowing which pose was going to be next.
i live in a remote area and relied on streaming Yoga DVD’s a lot, if that is an option for you try My Yoga Online Videos Best Classes Pilates Meditation Downloads which i have found to be fantastic with the quality of instruction and contents delivery.
cheers
Savannah
