Hello, and love love love to all you wondrous yogi lights out in the wide world of instantaneous knowledge.
Here I am, sitting, reflecting…dreaming, and beginning a new & beautiful journey.
Two days ago, I arrived home from Baja, Mexico, where I was attaining my Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour training at Yandara Yoga.
Not only have I had my nadi pathways completely juice up with the deliciousness of downward dog, after downward dog…but I have had my heart opened, and my spirit freed of any excess baggage, and boy o’ boy, it feels unreal.
I just want to say hello to you all, and send you all so many blessings on this journey we all share together. I am you, you are me, we are one…together we keep this planet enlightened, smiling, joyous, and spinnin’ on an axis built of love, and spiritual rebirth.

Also, if any of you wonderful souls know of any place in this wide world, that needs a yoga instructor, preferably somewhere in central america, or south america, or maybe even back to mexico…let me know. I am willing to do some free yoga classes/karma yoga, in exchange for room, food, & the opportunity to meet likeminded folks.
