Animals Acting Different

Ok this is going to sound strange but here we go. I have two cats both have been with me since they were very young kittens.

I have noticed that after having spent time practicing Kriya Yoga meditation and leaving the meditation room and enter the rest of the house, for example walk in the living room the boy cat who is attached to me will look at me strangly.

He looks spooked and just stares like he is seeing somebody but is not sure if it is me or not. The only other times he has ever reacted this way is during Halloween if I walk in the room wearing a mask after passing out candy to the kids outside.

His sister also acts unusual around me and stares at me right after meditation.

After some time has passed as well as the immediate after effects of deep meditation they act towards me like they usually do.

This only happens with them after meditation.

Has anyone else noticed such a reaction from animals? Maybe I smell different or something? But I do not think that is it as I am not even close to them while observing their odd behavior.

You are radically fiddling with your vibration in kriya yoga (in a positive sense). They might be responding to that. It is quite amusing, I concur.

for the reply I guess this has happened to you then?

I feel bad for them when they act this way. It’s almost as if they are confused and it does bother me to see them this way.

I mean I am the one who adopted them they trust me and here I am changing the rules. It is like they are looking at a stranger but not quite. Kind of sucks really. But thats the way life goes, change is a part of it I guess.

Yeah, I’m smiling because I know exactly what you mean. It kind of freaks them out. Oddly enough, I’ve noticed dogs respond to the difference in a better way. Dogs seem to embrace the shift in your psychic energy easier than cats. I have a few cats and what works for me it to feed them treats and tell them its okay when Im like that, they eventually got totally used to it and are chilled out now.

Never would have figured you for a dog person. after ths afternoons sitting, after work I went for a walk with my wife. There was a young dog 1/2 a block away whine / growl talking’ you know how they do that. I looked over at him.

This dog is a very handsom young dog golden colored and well shaped when I looked at him he hopped up in the air running back and forth on his leash / lead energeticly so I waved to him as I would to another human person. I don’t knw if I have seen a happier dog in quite some time. He was really happy to be acknowledged.

Lord only know what animals see, but I think you are right about dogs.

Im a taxi driver so I come across strangers all the time. I notice when my kundalini reaches a certain intensity a lot of people act strangely around me.

I’ve been to animal communication workshops and talked with a few different professionals, all who advise meditating before attempting to communicate with animals until you “slip into it” as if getting back on a bike. Difficult when first learning, and then all muscle memory.

I’ve heard multiple times that when animals sense that someone is now on the level where they can receive and project energy that they are overly curious or startled. This may be the case with your cats, the latter.

well during my lunch time Kriya practice the female cat threw her fresh litter scoop and then decided it was time to yell at me through a closed door and beat on it while I was practicing Kriya.

I am beyond things like that aggrevating me and bringing me out of a deep state of meditation but the mind wondered and I thought go on sweetheart I will see you when I am through.

She started garbled talking as Cats do but I heard phrases. She was saying No I want to see you right now! no Iwant to see you. This was enough to make me laugh so I just let it pass and went deeper she either left or I could no longer hear her from diving deeper.

After Meditation was finished and I left to go to work she was curled up in her round hat box next to her brother in his giving me some pretty sour looks. The litter was clean I just laughed and said see you after work darling be good.

Yesterday I had a lizard riding on the hood of my car I thought to him hold on when we stop I will put my hand out you climb on I will take you to a safe spot.

So he rode on the hood looking around. When I parked in the garage he was still there. I put out my hand and said come on lets go this is not safe for you. He ran up my arm and rode on my shoulder to the nearest tree and went his way.

I believe that meditation for the purpose of God Realization brings the presence of God into ones being. The Atmosphere surrounding one is positivly altered animals and people respond to God presence in another positivly. The principle of Ahimsa is made real and not just an ideal through the practice of Kriya Yoga and others realize you have only Love and or kindness to give and will do them no harm. All who live respond with love to God not the one God is shining through there is a difference. Don’t let ego confuse you.
Now, I’ve never had the experience of hearing an animal talk to me verbally…

The experiences I’ve had where I’ve communicated with animals has been on an emotional level. As if, right after my meditations, I emotionally feel what the animal is thinking, whether it be food, paranoia, etc.

Emotions are something all mammals have in common and this has directly been proven to me by my experiences after meditation
If an animal outside of my parrot started talking to me in any human-based language I think I would assume someone had dosed my food with hallucinogens!

Communicating with other beings on an emotional level is considered ‘clairsentience’ and is how I relate with other animals as well: impressions, touches, feelings, emotions.
The generic term I would put on what I experienced would be Telepathy, but being more specific, Claircognizance(as wikipedia calls it). The act of immediately knowing.

I don’t feel anything the animal feels but I often gain instant knowledge of how the animal feels or what the animal wants.
Ah, that does clarify things. You confused me when you initially said “I emotionally feel what the animal is thinking, whether it be food, paranoia, etc.”

Either way, I’m glad you’re able to experience it. I’ve found it to be quite rewarding as a way to better bond with animals.
If bonding with animals is what you want :p. There amount of amazing gifts that can arise out of meditation is seemingly endless. Telepathic communication with animals is only the tip of the ice berg. I wonder how many non-meditators are reading this and thinking, oh wow, he’s crazy hahaha.
Well, out of the telepathic communication with animals bonding IS what I want. Out of meditation in general I have much more to explore - I would love hearing what some of the benefits you personally get from it are if you’re willing to divulge either here or in PM.
