I rolled my ankle twice in a month back in july, but as a farmer had to continue walking on it. I don’t think its healed correctly as I cannot sit in the lotus pose for more than a few minutes without pain. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to strengthen it?

Well, I realize that. Its simply how it came to my attention that my foot wasn’t fully healed.
juries need time to heal:( after my years of martial arts I have to find variations to many yoga poses:)
