I’ve been doing a bit of yoga for 4 years, though I’m a bit average at it, still I’m gradually improving. More importantly I’m enjoying it.
Background is a cross trainer I do;
- Veteran Bicycle Racing
- Weights
- Pilates
- Running
- Les Mills classes (Pump, Attack, Balance/Flow)
- And of course Yoga
Despite doing Yoga for 4 years I know very little about it, so there’s plenty for me to learn from you guys/gals.
