Hi everyone,
Just started Yoga last week. but love the stretching, and am hoping to keep at this for a lifetime. does anyone have any yoga cd favorites the could suggest? i watch steve Ross on Oxygen at 6:00, and sometimes I can’t wake up this early. Would love to have option to do yoga at 7:00 am instead. Steve doesn’t have any cd’s out (yet) /

I do the same thing, say CD when I mean DVD lol.
My husband gets so confused when I do that! haha.
May I suggest checking out yogatoday.com? I love the atmosphere of their yoga classes (1hr each), they offer a free one each week, and if you are so inclined, you can purchase a class for $4 and download it to use as you see fit.
Since we have a Playstation 3, I pop mine onto a thumb drive and plug it into the playstation usb port, and can do my yoga in the comfort of the living room, instead of having to make do in our computer room.
They have a membership option too, if you choose to just do live streaming and can do yoga classes from your computer.
I personally don’t do well with DVD’s because I get tired of the same thing every time, and I am not comfortable with the “plastic” feel of the commercial videos. That’s why I love Yogatoday, the classes feel so relaxed, like you’re right there and part of them (outdoors in Arizona, it’s great).
