Anxiety in Yoga


Hi everyone,

I'm a relatively anxious person and I'd like to use yoga as a form of relief of this. I am brand new to yoga and would like any pointers on where to get started.
I mention that I have anxiety because I wouldn't be ready to meditate in public or with a class yet, so this would all be home-based.

Any suggestions on online videos or anything to follow, I would really appreciate that!
