Any asana for manboobs.?

Not for me, but for my father, he is 67 and gets embarrassed by his saggy manboobs.

So realistically are there any simple asanas he can perform to help him tone his chest again.?

also he has bad asthma so nothing too demanding preferably.

You know, my first suggestion isn’t asana, but is gentle. Pushups against a wall or high table could work. If my experience is representative, he wants the pushups with hands at shoulder height and wide from his body (hold the arms straight out, then bend in just the elbows to bring hands to the wall; that’s the low position.) Putting the hands higher than the feet will decrease the weight he’s moving, and let him increase slowly and responsibly.

Well the reason he asked me is because he knows I practice yoga & he thought I might know something that would help.?

I’m pretty sure the physiology is the same - lax muscle sags and worked muscle doesn’t. If that’s the cause then anything you’ve felt getting your pecs involved should help a bit, especially if it’s balanced with all around fitness. Which other asanas might also make available for him.
Do you practice yoga at a studio? This might be an opportunity to invite him to a beginner class, or maybe (and you’d know better than I if he’d be open to this) a senior center near you offers some yoga.
