Hello Yogi Folks,
I am very glad to have found this Forum and am wondering if there is anyone here an intermediate Ashtanga series teacher.
My teacher had to move back to their home country and I am stumbled with several questions in which I have tried to answer within several channels, with no success (eg. David Swenson).
There are very technical issues and please let me know if any experienced Traditional Jois Ashtanga teacher could possibly help me here.
