I see some people say it helps with yoga (postures and recovery ect.)
I would be reluctant to resort to a pill to help my yoga ,but Iam old fashion
Cheers
Depends on your condition. But with all these stuff you need counter pills etc to balance In this example it uses up molybdenum so you need to take that. So this is tricky. And maybe its not good for us in the long run as its relatively new.
For my stiffness magnesium is the key i have found out. Which can be found in raw cacao and hemp seeds in very high content or hemp powder for lower fat. If you dont want to eat before bed you could always get the pills.
Any thoughts on taking msm
Original intentions were not to improve my asana practice however my experience with; msm (powder), cocoa (quality chocolate with nibs), red wine (merlot), green tea (longjing), bromelain (sublingual tablet), quercetin (powdered capsules) is reduced inflammation throughout my body (sinuses, digestive, joints, muscles, connective tissue etc.) making asana more comfortable without noticing any negative side effects, for years . It’s may be a good barometer to see what works for others but trial and error is the conformation, for example if you have an intolerance for sulfites red wine may cause difficulties.
