is there anybody who knows the type of asana which I should practice to remove gall stone. On USG, i got a single stone of 8.5mm on the neck of the gallbladder. My doctor advice me to go for surgery to remove the stone. I got mild pain on my right abdomen nothing other sympton. I would like to remove it without any surgery. Any thing else you know. Kindly help me.
