This used to increase eye sight and concentration power for daily life purpose though if did with more dedication it can unlock few other realms too but happens rarely or takes very long period of years practice and patience. Light Diya using any oil and keep it in such place that where flame is still or very less disturbance. Look constantly and dedicated at the tip of the flame . Rest depends on your practice , you can see , feel changes if not any atleast in concentration.
