Anyone have yoga while dreaming?

Have you ever had yoga going on while you were asleep, dreaming? (not the other way around, where you start daydreaming during yoga - LOL).

The other night I was really exhausted, and while sleeping dreamt that I was so tired I could not fall asleep, and then one of my yoga teachers appears and lead a guided savasana, where I started doing ujaya breathing in the most soothing, relaxing way, where in my dream I then fell into a very peaceful, deep sleep. (yes, a dream about falling asleep - go figure…).

It was a vivid dream, so I was observing it while it happened. I’m still trying to figure it out, though was quite happy as up to that point I had been working intensely for six months on a huge project which did wipe me out, and I felt restored and rested after this dream.

Anyone else have such experience, having yoga going on in your dreams?

It is even a whole branch of yoga: Yoga Nidra. You can also read Satyananda’s book about the topic. A real eye opener (or rather eye-closer…):wink:http://www.vedicbooks.net/yoga-nidra-p-916.html
