I have a question regarding the so called Archer Pose (the standing version, not the sitting one)
Now before I launch into the question I will state - I realize the irony. Now my question is this - I take antipsychotics because I am “easily distracted” Now I’ve noticed that if I stand in archer pose I and focus my energy fiercely forward and into the future I can - “close my mind” My question is - I also feel that clenching my muscles can help with this - but then my intuition says I should stay fierce but relaxed. Any comments? Clench or no clench and then get out!
