standing wide legged forward bend - my favorite pose
camel - addicting and so good to open up
pigeon - good for hips and releasing hidden tension
supported shoulderstand - stimulates thyroid so it keeps me skinny :roll:
triangle - deceptively complex
half moon - fun to work on this for balance and strength, if I feel good in this I always feel better about my practice
tree - first balance pose I learned (besides tadasana of course!)
