Hi Pandara, to be dreaming or being awakend we all must be a sleep , according to this poem.
lately i wonder , do i have a heart that i can call my own? Who is looking through my eyes? is there inside and outside.
i love to dream about the moment that all dualities come to an end and there is not a me an you anymore. but until that time we best look inside.

Duality is a construct and pre-requisite for incarnation on this planet, you really don’t have a choice in it as this is how the Divine pre-ordained this planet. What choice you do have is to realise the truth behind this, that there are no true me or you, but just One, I AM.

Hi Pandara, i realy do not understand this duality construct.
When there is light darkness disappears. But when there is nothing but light, who is there to see it. If we do not have a choice will there ever be an end to people suffering? That is what i realy want and i will never give up searching for answers. I am afraid it is impossible to stop the suffering on earth. Is the One I AM suffering to overcome duality , that is pre ordained , like you say?
Sometimes i can realy cry for God and all creation. Sorry i post all these questions. i do not expect you to answer all this.
Just want to share some of my thoughts, because of the poem. Next time i be more positive.

Dear Louise, no darkness do not disappear in the face of light, it remains there always, the one cannot be without the other, this is the duality of our planet. North cannot exist without south etc. It is about balance, not about the one dominates the other or the one replaces the other. You’ll always need the darkness to remind you of your light.

Of course we have a choice, we have a choice in how we react to this suffering on this planet, do we allow it to overshadow us? In other words do we get bogged down by our own negativity and perpetuate it? Or do detach and see it for what it is, maya? As long as we think that we are our emotions and that we are our body and our mind, then suffering will unfortunately be with humanity and this planet forever. Realise the truth, that you are not your emotions, or body or mind, but that you are pure spiritual potential, then the suffering will ease away. And with this I don’t say you won’t expereince suffering anymore, you will, I still do, but, how we react to it, that is the matter of choice we have while in incarnation here.

No need to be sorry, I do not expect of my-self to have all the answers. Trust that my thoughts will help. Again, remember, this is my truth and what works for me, may not work for you. Discernment is what is needed now.
Dear Pandara. thank you, i like your truth. I still lack concernment,but i practise.
To stop leaking my own suffering to others is a good thing to start with.
