Myself, I have been pretty steady these last few weeks with 5 times a week. But I need to free up more time to extend my sessions since they are only so-so and am rushed sometimes. I’d like to be able to put in an hour or so each session. But only get in 20 to 35 minutes.
Now with range of movements I need to improve a lot more. But when the subject turns to range, I always recall a story from a Yoga lecture… [I]“Range is of the ego - Form is of the soul.” [/I]
What areas are you wishing to improve in?
