Thanks

Wendy, Thanks for your help, I have sent for the Audio, with hopes it will help.
Have you experienced his system?
Thanks again,
ArtN
ArtN, I purchased the dvd for my mother, but tried it before sending it to her, and will say my neck, upper back and shoulders felt SO good after doing it. My mother has osteoarthritis in her neck, degenerating in C4 and C5 if I remember correctly. She is noticing a big improvement in stiffness, flexibility and pain. I am hoping she continues to use it, and not just once a week. I don’t like to see anyone dependent on anti-inflammatory pills, especially my mother.
I hope it helps you!

Hi, Wendy, thanks for your help, if it has helped your Mom, I am sure it will help me, I will purchase it, I am seventy seven years old and have always experienced some pain from time to time, but worked them out, but being a neck problem that I must live with, I felt I should look for alternative methods, as our Doctors are great for subscribing pain killers etc. When I ask if they believe in alternative methods, the answer is always, home made remedies very seldom work, YUCK!
Thanks again and hope your Mom starts using DVD every day.

Have you thought about nutrition and diet? Not eating anything in the nightshade family seems to help quite a bit. This link doesn’t contain much but explains the basic info much better than I can -

Hello ArtN and welcome to the forum! I wanted to link to website of my teacher, and specifically to my Structural Yoga Therapy colleagues, some of whom did their graduate papers on neck pain, arthritis and spondylitis. You can see what those SYTs recommended for those clients from their papers. Here is the link for those: SYT Papers. There are also quite a few links here on the forum too, which you can find in a keyword search. There is one thread that I am thinking of in particular where Mukunda directs a client to Indra Devi’s athritis diet, which has been a huge source of relief for people suffering from both arthritic pain and inflammation.
All the best in your search,
