Uh one person at a time and with a great deal more information please.

Your age, lifestyle, type of work, fitness level, current practice, diet …

We’ll go from there. We’re yoga teachers not mind readers.

Age 27 yeas. Working hours 8 daily dealing with government office work which is quite fun. Daily yoga practice 1 hour since 5 months. And diet is non spicy food with paddy wheat and all Sabri milk etc not a strick vegetarian… 7 hours sleep daily with nap of 40m.

Hmmm well you’re not too revealing with what you’re eating but I understand. While I’m not a medical professional I think there’s a link between what’s going on in your GI Tract and the ulcers in your mouth. Typically, things in the stomach are things you cannot digest in your living. That would be up to you to unearth.

You can try adding a probiotic supplement to your regimen however it might be best here to consult your health care provider to determine what’s going on in your gut.

Well I am from India. No smoking alcohol. Some time occasional late night wake. Eating daily roti, curd, vegetable, fruits, ghee. Not too much spicy. I am not very fond of taste. So only once in a month or two we go to eat pizza or Punjabi veg… In winter I take meat some time. But other than that you can call it simple eating habits.

Sounds clean. Then there’s something else afoot in your belly. Though India is very warm and you’ve not mentioned anything about hydration nor coffee consumption:-)

Hmmmm.only tea daily 2 times and water as per need of my boy say 7 to 8 litre a day.
Sometime I can feel that all the activities in my intestine AR just on halt. No peristaltic movement no gurgling sound even I am hungry or no movement of flatulence. . And after this event mouth ulcer begin… My digestive power is still good. But I can’t figure out.

Have you tried a morning beverage of hot water, powdered ginger root and lemon?

no.not yet.what the reciepe and how to use it?

I don’t have a particular recipe for this one. I’d use about 12 ounces of hot water, half a freshly squeezed lemon, and 1/2 tsp of ginger powder mixed and see how the body responds.

OK… And what about my friend. he has 9 to 5 work me is physiotherapist. And little hurry type behavior. Constipated and have diet like mine but allergies to milk products. He has been diagnosed with allergic rhinitis and mild vertigo. . He is so depressed due to sneezing… Almost 100 sneezing in succession… Allopathic is only symptomatic buy he wants permanent solution

I’d suggest he seek out a holistic health care provider. Yoga teachers, even very good ones with sound therapeutics training, aren’t medical professionals. It’s not appropriate to seek something other than yoga from a yoga teacher. If it is yoga, and only yoga that a person PREFERS to use to support their healing, that person should find a VERY skilled yoga teacher. And that is pretty difficult these days.

Ayur Veda maybe?

Welcome to the community. As there are a few diseases that manifest symptomatically with mouth ulcers, constipation and other GI issues, I would strongly suggest seeking out a western medical provider. For the diseases I am thinking of, yoga is a wonderful addition to a well-rounded treatment regimen, but it is not the cure you seek.
