Asana for Sprained Ankle

Six weeks ago I sprained my ankle and neglected to go to the doctor. I finally saw an orthopedist this week and I actually did fracture a bone in my foot. Will be seeing a foot/ankle specialist on Tuesday and go from there. My question is: Can you give me some yoga asanas to perform that will not put any pressure on my left leg or foot? I imagine most will have to be floor poses. I would still like to be able to keep my right leg and foot limber because I am favoring it. Also, I do not want my back to begin tensing up. Overall, I would like to not lose what I have gained over the years with my yoga practice.
