I would need your valued inputs - since some time say 3 odd years i am facing problems in the functioning of the Pituary - can you suggest asanas ( not too advanced i am at an intermediate level in Yoga practice) specifically aimed at correcting the Pituary function - i know of Halasana, Sarvangasana and Matsyasana. I can do Ardhmatsyasana and cannot do the above two yet. I have just recovered after a long knee injury…
Some Pranayamas to help this condition or any other tips are most welcome!!
